Wade and Dawn Haskins have served as lead pastor at Way of Life Community since 2003 and continue to carry a passion for Harford County.  Wade and Dawn also serve as president of Builtsure Incorporated, a fabric building contracting company they started in 2005.


Andrew & Laura Garrison
Discipleship Pastor

Andrew and Laura Garrison joined the community in 2008 and immediately began making their mark in the lives of those they connect with.  Andrew and Laura together work with our community and connections based ministry leaders such as small groups, connections, and be the church.

Mark & Sherilyn Grissom
Student Pastor

Mark and Sherilyn have served as student pastor since 2004.  They bring a creative and relevant ministry approach to our students with many community based events and a weekly youth service.  As a part of our student ministries Mark and Sherilyn also have a very talented children’s staff to care and teach our children (ages 0-12).

Ryan & Nichole Blankenship
Director of Operations

Ryan and Nichole joined the community in 2006 and have served passionately to make Way of Life Community a place of excellence to our surrounding communities.  As operations director Ryan and Nichole oversee administration, planning, marketing, and Sunday gathering production teams.
